Ishani Nanda: research project student and comparative fast beat lover

I am a undergraduate student in Psychology at Queen Mary University of London. My academic journey has led me to undertake an intriguing and challenging research endeavor as part of my dissertation project, such as exploring the temporal perception abilities of bumblebees (Bombus terrestris). This research topic reflects my profound interest in comprehending the intricate workings of animal behaviour and the evolutionary forces that have shaped it over time. Through this project, I aim to contribute to the body of knowledge in the field of behavioural neuroscience shedding light on the cognitive capacities of these remarkable insects and their potential adaptation to the dimension of time.
