Ugur Ozenturk - postdoctoral researcher and animal welfare expert of the lab

I am a Lecturer at Ataturk University Faculty of Veterinary Medicine. I have a PhD in Veterinary Animal Science. My research experience includes animal welfare, poultry and dairy animal breeding. I pursue post-doc research at Queen Mary University of London under the supervision of Dr Elisabetta Versace with the project "Artificial Intelligence and Robotic Systems in Chick Learning Process for Poultry Welfare".  I am working on the learning responses of chicks and the development of robotics to positively influence chick behaviour and welfare. This is a multi-disciplinary project that involves the fields of Psychology, Veterinary Science, Computer vision and AI.
